We used Jensen after having a few local companies come out an give us an estimate. I have to admit the estimate was higher than we were looking for but when it came to our goods we thought we should spend the money. If I could go back and save ourselves some cost I would have packed ourselves or had our kids do it! But all in all it was your average move. They arrived a little late, maybe due to the crazy amounts of snow we've had.. and we had a few scratches which were promptly taken care of. I guess you could say what was expected was, and really I'm sure if we had done everything on our own I would have had a LOT more to complain about.
