I just waited for 3 hours at the Centennial Hills locationg of Desert Valley Pediatrics. My son was and still is very ill. Upon arrival, I explained to the girl at the front desk that my son was very ill and needed to be seen sooner than his appointment time. She said she would try. We waited for almost three hours, and no effort was made whatsoever to try and get my son in for treatment. I have been taking my children to DVP for over 10 years. The office staff IS RUDE, and made no effort to help us out. I will never take my children to DVP again, and will tell every person that I know about my horrible experience. We finally left without seeing a doctor. Shame on you office staff at Desert Valley Pediatrics! Your office should be closed down!
