very seriously bad attitude.
placed order on the net , received an email order confirmation, then silence for a week (am traveling and needed the clothes on a schedule) ...
sent them an email, then called ... mistake!! hostile and arrogant employee claimed that they had emailed me and tried to call me...neither of which happened.
asked them to replace the order and they said they could not, it was marked as fraud!
asked for the manager, obnoxious employee said she was the manager.
obviously they don?t need customers ?cause they treat them awfully. skip them and save yourself the headaches!!!
