I was sick and have a sciatica so the last thing I wanted to do was cook. I took my son through the drive thru for dinner. Ordered burger fries and fry sauce. The kid tried to up-sell on a combo, then realized I didn't order a combo, so instead a repeating my order he just laughed and gave me my total. As we pulled away my son saw that there was no fry sauce, I drove around front so he could go in to get it. He came out empty handed because they hadn't charged us for it and so it would be 38 cents. I was quite angry at that, as I had ordered it, THEY didn't add it in and now I have to struggle to get out of my car to go pay for it with a credit card as I had no cash on me. I went to the counter and said I can't believe you would make me put 38 cents on a credit card for something that I ordered but YOU forgot to charge me for. The young cashier just stared at me. I looked up and all of the employees were staring at me. So I tossed my card down on the counter and sure enough, she charged it, 38 cents. Unbelievable! I am just done with this place. The food is always good but the employees are all teenagers who screw around and really just need to be properly managed. It also never takes less than 10 minutes to get through the drive up, even when there is only one car in front of you. Very sad...
