I read the first review posted here and still ended up renting at Autumn Ridge because of the price and amenities. I wish I hadn't. Everything you hear about this place is true. The management (Dawn is a terrible manager) is rude and cares nothing about their tenants. My car was towed after being parked in an unassigned space for thirty minutes because my parking pass wasn't visible. When I tried to talk to Dawn and the maintenance guy that was also in the office, they were completely unapologetic and VERY rude. On top of that, the grounds are poorly maintained and they are terrible about fixing anything I've turned in a maintenance request for. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find another place.
