I have never been so sadden by the poor customer service treatment i was issued here. My wife ordered me a pair of boots back in Dec of 2010 as i right this i still have not received them and the only update i get is when i or my wife call ,Oh yeah did i mention they were supposed to be a gift ! all i want now is my money back .
