I visited West Shore Animal Clinic for the first time last week. From the minute I walked in with my cat I felt at ease. Both nurses pet and played with her and made us both feel comfortable. Dr. Dan Hebert was on schedule and we didn't have to wait to be seen. He was extremely professional and explained what he recommended for blood work, shots and preventative care. After we agreed on what would get done, his nurse (who was petting and holding my cat) took her in the back room which I thought was great because I didn't want to see my cat getting her blood work done. Dr. Hebert answered all of our questions and said he would be in touch with lab results once they came in. The results were emailed to me and I had a message from Dr. Hebert explaining them before I even got to work the next day! I am surprised there are any bad reviews on here based on my experience with such a great staff and accommodating office. I would recommend Dr. Hebert and his practice to anyone!
