My daughter, who lives 50 miles from Madison, was having car trouble and took her car to Monona Tires in early Dec. She needed the valve cover gasket replaced, 3 new ignition coils, and new spark plugs that had she replaced 6 months earlier. Within a month she found out one of the ignition coils needed to be replaced. They replaced it with no problem. Her car was still using a lot of oil. We took it some place else and they said she needed a new valve cover gasket! The same one she had replaced 2 months earlier. Then we found out the threads on one of the ignition coils is striped. I would not recomend Monona Tires unless you lived closed by and had the time for regular visits to replace the same parts over and over.
