A friend recommended this place to me. My first impression of them was on the phone, the guy was friendly and laid back. From there I brought my Audi to them to check out my brakes. They were extremely friendly, timely and honest in their assessment. Great Bear Auto also charges less for oil changes than other places I've been (the standard chain places). I will definitely take my car back there for all repairs and maintenance and highly recommend Great Bear Auto.
