The first couple of times I took my dogs there for misc reasons I thought I had found a good vet but then there came a time when I really needed them and they weren't there to help. Very disappointed and the front office staff should probably work for public service department some place that doesn't require customer service. Dr. Irwin, you just lost six little patients.
