I live out-of-town and needed flowers delivered to a sick grandmother. I had never used West End but decided to give them a try. They were very professional and handled my order quickly. Before I expected it, my family called to say the flowers had been received and were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. My sister texted me a picture to prove it. I will definitely use this florist again and encourage everyone to do the same.
