They don't even deserve the 1 star... I came to them based on price, but it cost me more in the long run. They initially had my car for a week and a half (they promised it would take 2-3 days) and when I finally picked it up it was still not fixed properly. They told me they had added some lubricant which should fix the problem after driving for a while... stupid me. I drove for a week and then brought it back. This time they had it for 3 weeks and it was never fixed right. I was told that it was not the transmission and that it was a computer problem, however, I ended up taking it to another shop and ended up having it replaced by them. Fortunately, my bank has refunded my money (it is still in evaluation stage though). They did not call me a single time, even after promising to call back. They lied constantly about lead times and used the same excues for delays over and over. When confronted, they hang up and refuse to talk to you. Please do NOT believe the positive reviews like I did... My experience was the same as every one of the negative reviews. This company has 43 complaints and an F rating with the Better Business Bureau for a reason. Channel 12 also did a segment on them on 9/5/11... please believe that story as well. On top of that, they currently have a suit filed against them by the Attorney General of the State of AZ. Dennis and Rob are CROOKS and should not be allowed to do business any longer.
