We have an ADT system with cell backup that was installed by the previous homeowner. When we moved into the home we decided to monitor with Ackerman using only the standard phone line service. Ackerman was unable to monitor using our current cell backup hardware and they wanted to sell us expensive upgrade equipment. American Guardian was able to use the existing hardware and offer better pricing than Ackerman for phone and cell monitoring with ADT. Thank you American Guardian.
