Was it not for his installer, it would have gotten really ugly. Not happy with Kurt at all. Surprised he's still in business.
In my opinion the guy is bad at communication and has no customer service skills. Because of HIS mistake, he basically told us to go away, and he'd be happy to give us our deposit back. In my opinion this guy can't run a business, won't return phone calls and is NEVER available.
