I would like to like this shop. However, the hours are ridiculous (closing at 3pm on a Saturday before Christmas). The displays are crowded making it difficult to find and look at things . The overall appearance of the store needs an overhaul, it looks like they have not organized it or freshened things up in years. They carry nice brands that are hard to find elsewhere in Spartanburg, but in most cases the merchandise is overpriced. The staff on several occasions have not known how to work the register, forgotten to put a small item in my bag, and turned the lights out in an area of the store while I was shopping. Not very nice. In fact it is downright rude or clueless. Nobody asked if they could help me even though I was in the store for about 30-40 minutes. I suspect the staff is composed of high school girls who seem apathetic to their jobs and not very knowledgeable about helping customers. They were eager to rush customers out of their full shop - did I mention - on the last Saturday before X-mas! What a disappointment, come on White Rabbit, get your act together! Spartanburg desperately needs good local businesses. Very disappointed. They are probably only still in business because they provide access to brand you can't find anywhere else. Believe me, if I could, I would go elsewhere for those brands because, in short, it just seems like the folks at the White Rabbit have just given up. I think I'll just have to go back to online shopping. Final word: don't bother!
