I don't know how these people stay in business.
They misquote prices and price is increased on delivery but you are not informed of the correct, ""new "" price until it is in your tank. Then they threaten to take you to court if not paid in 30 days.
Check the Powhatan Court records.
These people spend more time in court than in their office.
