I was looking to have my 12 year old carpet replaced it stunk and looked dull , but after pricing new thought I would try to have it cleaned by Stanley Steamer again , I had used them in the past and really wasn't impressed , even tried using store machines ( really bad idea ) , but to my surprise , they beat my exceptions .... WOW I was so pleased with the quality of service , I still think my carpet color is out of date but as for the carpet itself ... I hate to say it .. it will stay a little longer , not only did the smell go away , the carpet looks beautiful , I also had them do a area rug and wool runner that look great . from the girl that took my service order to the 2 young men that came to clean everything went great , and my new carpet will wait Thanks
