I had these guys surface a head. I didn't request anything other than that and I needed it by the next day at 4 they said that would be fine. I was told $60 to get it surfaced. when I came to pick it up they charged me an additional $80 for shop labor and it wasn't ready until after 6. The last time I had a pair of heads rebuilt (about a year and a half ago) it cost me $240 for the set and they were ready when I was told they'd be ready, I only had one head surfaced and they wasted an additional two hours of my day along with charging me an extra $80 without bothering to call and ask if I wanted some extra work done and I'm not sure what they actually did, no valve grinding, no seats, no springs. That was my grocery money for the month, I'm on a tight budget and if they'd asked I'd have said no. I will not be a returning customer.
