I was having transmission issues with my Cheverolet 1500, and contacted AAMCO to have it checked out.. I spoke with Chris at the Round Rock location and he informed me that they would do a free diagnostic, to see exactly what the issue was. Unfortunately it needed a complete rebuild (which I figured it would), but the process to rebuild was explained fully to me by Chris. In addition, the warranty and all thefinance options were also explained. I do like that after ten days, they asked me to bring my truck back in to make sure the transmission was working properly. The pros are excellent customer service, very fast repair, and the various options they offer to help pay for major repairs.
