I've been taking my parakeet to this Banfield to see Dr. Geigel for a few months now. Never had any problems or issues. We've had great care and treatment there. We also have 2 dogs that see another Banfield, and we've never had a problem with over-charging (but we also have pet insurance on the 2 dogs). Since insurance isn't available on birds, we have to pay out of pocket, but it's definitely less expensive than other offices in Austin for the same care.
