We needed 2 washer parts replaced and didn't want to mail order parts and wait for it to arrive, so we thought we would go ahead and pay a little labor and an acceptable mark up on part, to get it done quick.\r
It is 2 days later, and we just cancelled service because the 2 parts needed were quoted at a 100% mark up from what we had already found them for from Sears. Unbelievable that they have managed to stay in business when they are robbing customers with a 100% mark up on parts!
