My mother was placed at Hallmark for rehab after a knee surgery. She was treated terrible. Unable to go to the bathroom by herself, she was left on a portable toilet in her room for 2 hours in horrific pain. When she told the nurse in charge Donna she called my mom a LIAR. The head boss even gave us his personal number and our care still did not improve. We moved to another nursing home and my mom is doing great! Walking and almost ready to come home!
