Heartsong Yoga in Beaverton has me adding Yoga as a regular element in my self-care regime. After a bad experience with a poorly trained Yoga instructor in Calif years ago, it's refreshing to find varied levels of classes with diverse instructors and time offerings. Their knowledge of biology is impressive, so I know I can do yoga safely with some long standing back issues. There's no pressure, no fogged windows, no nagging instructors - just talented and targeted Yoga instruction that fits your goals. A shelter from the daily storm.
