THE WORST SHOE REPAIR I have seen! They cut the tips of my ""pointy"" boots off, so they are now rounded - and only replaced the tip rather then the whole sole, so now it's two different bottoms. They said they were going to replace the sole of another pair of heels I left at the same time and they glued a slab of tan plastic to the bottom and replaced the bottom of the wooden heel with a black cover, rather then tan to match the wood. All of this cost me $56 dollars and it looks like a 5 year old did it.
These were picked up by someone else, so when I saw them - I called the store to discuss my disappointment and the guy was very rude. Needless to say, I will never be taking another pair to Mike's.
