I moved from L.A not too long ago, I asked one of my friends where I could go get my hair done. She reffered me to Jon Scott and told me how happy she is with her stylist. I called to make an appointment last week, but that I made a mistake by forgetting the name of my friends stylist. Anyways, I called and one of the Stylist answered and I explained the situation to her. She told me she was going to take care of me. She mentioned that he has been in the hair buisness for 20 years, she also mentioned that the rest of the stylist has had no expirience at all and they will ruin my hair. So I immidietly made an appointment with her. I finally went to Jon Scott, and a blonde lady, about in her 60's. I cut my hair and color done and the results were a disaster. She seemed as if she was in hurry while doing my hair. She mentioned again how un experienced all the stylists were. I was very unhappy, but I am not a person to argue and especially not in public. Like mentioned before, I got a horrible color, cut, and really bad blow dry. I will never go back to that stylist ever again.
