I got my 99 neon towed there last Tuesday. I do not know a lot about cars but figured my problem had to be the battery. They said the problem was the drive belt and the harmonic balancer. They told me the car could not run without these replaced. They replaced it and I ended up back in there on friday. Now they said it is the battery (which is what i assumed from the beginning) . So they replaced that and of course charged me again for the same tests they ran 3 days prior when it came out to be the balancer and drive belt. Now 3 days later the same thing happened. I am extremely dissapointed in there service and will not recommend this place to anyone nor will i ever take my car there again. DONT TRUST THEM!!!
