Being an independent woman, looking after my family's needs also in charge of our vehicles I am so happy and relieved to have been turned on to this repair shop. I have three Hondas and have had so many headaches with other repair shops. Not knowing if they are telling me the truth. I had a friend tell me about Auto Alternative. I decided to try them out. Katie, the Service Manager was very eager to meet me at the door with my first name on her lips. (Just from making the appt) She listened to my concerns without once saying anything bad about any other shops that I have been too. (That alone impressed me) She could sense my apprehension and with that she took me to the shop and introduced me to the technician that would be looking at my car. I was shocked to be standing in front of lovely young woman in a tech uniform. Katie stated that Beth would be looking into my issues for me and to please feel free to ask her any questions you may have. I know I looked silly standing there with my jaw hanging but I said no questions at the moment thank you. Fast forward to end of day and end of service.
