I've been going to Dr Bert since I first adopted 2 kittens in 1994. I have always received excellent care and been treated in a friendly and courteous manner by the entire staff. My sister was visiting with her dog several years ago and the dog was ill. Dr Bert saw the dog first thing in the morning and my sister was amazed at how caring and helpful he was. When my two old girls were really sick and had to be euthanized last year the staff was so sympathetic and supportive I felt like I was with family. I have a new kitten now--she showed up on my doorstep, pregnant and abandonned--and I saw Dr Ellis for the first time; she was wonderful. Any time I have a question or concern the staff go out of their way to help me. I owe Dr Bert hundreds of dollars and he lets me pay whatever I can afford every month. My pets mean the world to me and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I'm writing this review as a response to the reviewer who said Mt Hope Animal Hosp. wasn't well th
