I have been a customer of this jeweler for over 7 years and highly recommend this business. The owner, John Finley, is extremely knowlegable, helpful and trustworthy. He cares greatly for his customers and works very hard to make them happy. The other negative reviews this business has gotten are not fair and is evident by Mr. Finley's responses to them. How many owners take the time to personally respond to an unhappy customer? I have many pieces from this store and they are all of beautiful quality and durability. I will not shop elsewhere. I think The Jeweler's Loupe is the best!
