First off, as noted by other reviewers, there has been turbulence, especially in 2008 with staff turnover, which is to be expected in the lifetime of a 25-year old business. **However, Early Horizon hit its stride and is simply wonderful.** They have begun facebook groups, sponsor Paren?t night out (at economical rates with trusted providers), special activities and parties for the kids, they partner with Kids love soccer to provide soccer and photographers to provide picture day. They have been super responsive to EVERY ONE of my parental concerns, with the directors following up one week later to be sure that the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. The staff to cross-train so are familiar to my children, each member of the staff knows both my children?s names. Early
