Went in for 1rst time since the last time I'd been there, probably about a month. Had the same rude man behind the counter( worked evening shift). Came in to drop off & remembered they have coupons, told him I didn't have one but I've been there before so could he give me one, he said "" if you aint got one when you drop off then you can't have a discount"" I explained to him that I had not been in a while & I probably could bring one back when I come in or he could just give me another one just to satisfy me as a customer, but no, he refused again, in a very ignorant manner. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years & I've always done anything in my power to satisfy the customer. I don't think it would have broke the store if he gave me a discount. Based on the coupons they had to offer, I probably would have only gotten 10% off any way.
