If I could rate this gym a zero I would. Its not necessarily the gym itself that's horrible, its merely mediocre. The level of customer service, or lack thereof, you receive here is absolutely horrible. They take money from you when they agree not to, then ignore you calls for weeks. They refuse to fix errors they make, then ignore you calls. They claim to have someone in office, and either dont or just refuse to answer calls. When I called Tristan out on this, he refused to right then wrongs, then ignored my calls. Theres a pattern developing here.
