I had called a taxi cab for one of my guests. I was told the taxi would be here with in 30-45 minutes, 1hour later the taxi cab would be here in 10 minutes and when we called back after 35 minutes they said the cab would be here 7-10 minutes. My guest was waiting for 2 hours for the cab. Horrible service. I then contacted yellow cab they accept credit card and were here with in 20 minutes before southwest even arrived!!!!!
