As a side note, I had previously taken my car to the Chevy dealer with transmission issues. They claimed to have ""fixed"" my transmission, but it started making the same noise it had when I took it in. They checked it another time and they didn't fix the problem. Thank goodness for technicians at Affordable Transmissions that not only found the problem (a broken transmission part) but resolved it. It's been 4 months since Affordable Transmission fixed my car, and I could not be more pleased with the quality of work. I highly recommend this shop.
