Terrible customer service!!! We used this Kennel for several years. They got a TON of business from us. This past summer we had a vacation we were going on, and had reserved a place for our dog about a month in advance. The evening we took him to the kennel (the day before we were leaving at 6am the next morning) we double-checked the website before we left to make sure of their hours. Their website said at the time (and still does now 4 months later) that they are open until 8pm for pick up/drop off Mon-Sat. We came at 7:40pm to drop off our dog - and they told us they closed at 7! Even though their website clearly states 8 - and we had been customers for 3 years - they would not take our dog!! We had to last minute take our dog to Pets Mart Hotel - Who thankfully took him - and we were able to still keep our travel plans. And that was after driving and hour and a half round trip to take our dog to this kennel. We will NEVER use this Kennel again! They care NOTHING about providing quality customer service! The right thing to do would have been to honor what their website states - and then go and change their website time! They REFUSED to honor what they have stated on their website for their hours - and still 4 months later have not updated the site. They are some of the rudest people we have ever done business with! Do not use them as your kennel!!
