As a recent college graduate, finding permanent employment was a challenge. I was consistently applying for various positions within the fields of education, health care, marketing, and publishing. Although I interviewed for many positions and received many call backs for a final interview, in the end I understood that although I am qualified for all of the jobs I am applying for, the job market is extremely competitive.
