We needed new tires. We did our research and chose America's Tire in Elk Grove, CA based purely on price. While the price is the lowest around the staff was sloppy. The mileage on our vehicle was improperly recorded low by more than 5,000 miles which may cause an issue if I need to use the warranty later. Also the technician let her drive away without understanding she had NOT received an alignment, as she had requested.
