I purchased the groupon deal a couple months back since I was new to the area and still looking for a stylist. When I went in for my cut and color I waited over 20 min for the stylist. She was cold and unfriendly through the entire process and was rushing. She made a comment seeming irritated that they were only booking two "Groupon customers" on Saturdays because they had "normal customers" to take care of too. I typically ALWAYS tip my stylists $40-50 bucks - She got $15. No product was used on my hair expect shampoo and conditioner. I left with my hair looking limp and flat. MAJORLY disappointed with my experience at this salon.
