I bought an item at another michaels that was mislabled and misplaced in the store. I went back and was told they didn't have any more and of the item i wanted that I should go to another michaels. They called the one at 57th and Bell and put the last one on hold. When I got there the woman at the front was very rude. The item was basically crushed and was missing pieces. I was told they would give me $3.00 off of a $60 item to compensate. I then located another item in its place which was not labeled at all and was misplaced, so I couldn't find a price. I found a comparable item near it and asked if they could price match it because of my trouble. I was told they could but I could never return it(because they were going to call it damaged). I told them I was buying it as a gift and might need to return it.
