This was the most AWEFUL car buying experience ever! The ONLY reason I did purchase my vehicle from them is because I looked all over Utah and could find another car like it. I bought the Infiniti QX56. The salesman couldn't speak english very well and was was very eager to make a sale even if I wasn't happy with the vehicle. We decided on a car and was working on numbers and quickly realized that it was way out of our price range. The salesman quickly tried to shove us into another vehicle that he thought was similar to the one I liked even after I told him I didn't want it. We finally decided to pay the extra money and get exactly what I wanted and the sales manager went back and forth with me for 4 days trying to convcince me that even though this vehicle had a 3 HUGE SCRATCHES I was still getting a huge deal. Once we worked them down to an agreable price for the vehicle and repair for the scratches, the sales manager went back on his word and tried to charge us full price w/o fix
