Either the owners or the employees must be writing these reviews!!! I myself have never written a review on any place before but I have had enough!!! I am partially to blame for this because I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt for far to long and keep trying.
My family and I moved to bay view a year ago and have tried this pizza hut about 8-10 times since then. Unfortunately for us they have messed up our order EVERY single time we have ordered!!! Whether we have had to wait over 2 hours for our order just to receive the wrong items or we went in to get our order to find out they have not started it or have ""lost"" it or they simply decide not to answer their phone. Whatever the case is they have NEVER NEVER NEVER got our SIMPLE orders right. I truly believe they employ monkeys to run this establishment!!! We decided to give them one last chance tonight (god only knows why).
To our surprise they actually answer the phone!!! So far so good right!!! My wife went to pick up our order 25 minutes later and it was actually ready!! OMG 2 for 2! We get home to find the wrong pizza...again! Yes we should have checked them before leaving...but lets be honest its a pizza not rocket science!! This place and their employees are WORTHLESS!!! Unless you want free pizza after waiting 3 hours avoid this place like the plague!
