That's why we would like to thank Mr. David for posting this comment. One of our main goals here at PDSA is to cater to our clients' needs. In our 21 years in the business we pride ourselves in giving clients a personalized experience with the instructors and associates alike. That's why we're able to establish a strong base of clients along the way. We do our best to rectify complaints by taking the time to call clients and offer them solutions for the inconvenience the school may have caused them. So we're ALWAYS well aware of clients who may have been dissatisfied in the past. Investigating further on this we log all complaints we receive from clients and upon reviewing our records no indication of any complaint has been filed pertaining to this incident. We also haven't received any actual complaint regarding this matter and if we did we would've taken the time out to call Mr. David personally to make things right as we would always do. So Mr. David, you are certainly more than welcome to give us a call to let us know firsthand about your experience here at our school so we can make things right.
