Wow-I almost cannot believe the experience this other person had. Ours was just the opposite. The staff was organized and quick to get all our paperwork together and Dr. Newhart consulted with all 3 of my kids. 2 of them are ready but 1 is not. I appreciate his honesty and I am looking forward to several years of working with his staff. The kids comment frequently on how comfortable they are there and not scared. That is a big deal with 10 & 12 year olds! I am also on monthly payments and do not have dental insurance-the payments aren't killing me so that is a good thing. I really feel I made the right decision.
