I just recently purchased shutters for my home and went through Blinds Direct and I could have not been happier with the final product and customer service. I don't usually write reviews, but this is the least that I could for this company since they treated my husband and I very well and went above and beyone expectations. A very nice lady came to our home to give us a free estimate, their prices beat all the competitors so we called back and placed our order the very next day. We had a gentleman come back when our shutters were in and install them and they looked wonderful!! They completely transformed the look of our home and added style and eloquence. Several months later, my daughter had broke the shutter in her room, by hanging on it, so I called Blinds Direct and asked them for help in repair and they repaired the shutter the next day for FREE!!! Thank you Blinds Direct, you truly were a pleassant company to work with.
