Where should I begin. Probably from the way I heard of this ""wonderful"" salon. A few of my friends have gone to Color by Tess for years and each of them say its great. My best friend has Rodney for a hairstylist. So I decided to give it a try. I went to the salon to fix my hair for a party my husband's firm was hosting. I ask for Rodney as my friend had recommended, but instead I was redirected to another hairstylist, Marina. I was a little bit furious towards the person who redirected me to her. But she said Marina was much better than Rodeny. When I got out of my seat I must say I had the holiday look. I looked just like the Grinch who stole Christmas. Needless to say I will never return to that salon in my life. I don't know why they didn't allow Rodney do my hair but someone else. Last time I checked I wasn't there to help a new hairdresser to gain practice. Thank you, color by tess for ruining my evening and my hair. This is the worst salon I have ever stepped into and I will make sure to redirect my friends just as Color by Tess redirected me to a ""better stylist"".
