Rude and unprofessional office manager. Her main job would be to make sure patient information is correct. That past (and last) visit she submitted my claim to the wrong insurance company, with the wrong name and the wrong SS#. Once I got her the correct provider (which hasn't changed from the past 8 visits) she sent the wrong info again. And then literally yelled at me tell it was my fault. This was my 18th visit to them and nothing has changed in 4 years so how did I screw up? I went to them. I won't make that mistake again and hope you don't either.
Although the dentist seem fine, you only see them for a ten minutes. The rest of the time is spend with a technician who would be better suited as a truck mechanic they way they wrench on your mouth.
It has the feel of the fast food chain of the dentist world.
