First off, let me say that I am a hair snob and am always trying new things with my hair. I grew up in a family of cosmetologists so I expect top quality. I have been in every high end downtown Seattle salon and most have disappointed. Regis at the Everett Mall is by far the best. Jen Edgely, the salon manager, has transformed that place into one of the top performing salons. I have been going to Jen for the last 7 years. NO ONE can foil, color, or cut like her. She deserves the title ""Master Stylist"" and is worth the wait!
