Steve came in to our dealership on Saturday January 23rd, 2010. He was looking to spend $4000 - $5000 on a used car. I mentioned that we have some older trade-in's that we were sending to the auction in his price range. He chose a 1996 BMW 328i with 133,000 miles. He didnt want to test drive the car. Steve called later the same day and he asked if we could take the car over to TGA, and I replied yes. Monday I took it for the inspection and after the inspection, we picked it up. Never heard from him.... We have be in business at the same location since 1998 and have the same staff. Customer Service is our #1 priority!!!
