I was very, very pleased with the customer service I recieved in Cicada when shopping for a dress. I have to tell you how impressed I was with how they handled this spoiled, rude bride to be. She was ordering the staff at Cicada like they were servents. She spoke to the designer with no manners at all. The designer, Elizabeth, was a class act. She never lost her cool with this chick and was so professional that it amazed me. When the sour puss customer left, I had to ask her why she took her attitude and she said because she is the client and she could have been having a bad day... we don't know but when she is in our store, we treat her like she is the only one that matters. I read some of the reviews and you have to keep in mind that the customer is not always right but the merchant certainly has to be. If you want to be treated well, get an amazing dress and pay a fair price for it, go to Cicada's. I have sent three of my friends there for their weddings and they all love the fact that they can ask for any kind of dress and it is theirs. Not all bridal shops are like that. I not only got a dress that day but also a lesson in getting along!
