Expensive:
Charged extra $55 because he needed to go buy a piece of wood. Total bill was $305, of that $290 was labor. The job took less than 2 hours, and that includes the trip for wood and two long phone calls. It was an easy job. Skilled plumber wouldn't have taken an hour.
Messy:
Left a mess inside for me to clean up. Walked outside to see rust stains all over my concrete.
